The Commissioner Wins

Coming this Summer...to a Casper race course near you. He builds the course, he hosts the race, he makes the rules, he changes the rules, he wins the race. He's "The Commish".

Yes...Henry Kosciuszko...master boat builder, race course designer and person with WAY TOO MUCH TIME on his hands, had an impressive day as his Miss U.S. 5 ran away from the fleet to capture the innaugural race of the 2003 Casper-Prop season. The day featured the usual thrills and spills, including a re-run of the consolation race after Mark Miller messed up the original scoring (OK...it was really me..Jeff Dunn...So? Fire me!)

We also welcomed some new faces and new boats. Now that we have enough boats, Jeff Dunn can retire some of his "dogs"!

New boats included another Eagle Electric from Nancy Spanich, the Salt Walther/Karelson Miss U.S. and the U12 Maverick from Mark Miller, another Miss Exide from Dave Crockenburg, the Miss Pay 'N Save from Jim Hudson, and the "titanium" Miss U.S. from Mark Weber.

Many, many thanks to Hank for hosting AND for the cool, new bouys on Lake Kosciuszko!
