Miss Detroit Chills in Washington. It's Miller Time Again!

This years Frostbite Regatta was held in Washington at Mark Weber's house. The waters were rough as four teams entered a total of 15 boats The high points trophy was up for grabs, as the Miss Detroit was only 610 points behind the Miss Timex. Heat 1A was won by a very fast Maverick with the unpredictable Gale V a close second. Heat 1B was won by a crafty George Schulz in the Miss Burien. His 18 second starts were perfect all day. Heat 1C was won by the Miss Detroit.Heat 2A was won by the Wa Happen and 2b was won by the Miss Timex.Heat 2C went to the Miss Detroit. Heat 3A to Miss Bardahl. Heat 3B to the very fast Wayfarers Club Lady.Heat 3C went to the Miss Detroit , closing the high point gap. The consolation race went Jeff Dunn in the Wayfarers. The final heat was set, Miss Detroit, Timex, Burien, Maverick, Wa Happen,and the Wayfarers. After all that, Hank and the Miss Detroit won the race and the Miss Timex won the 2012 high points trophy by a mere 160 points. What a season. Thanks to all.

A NOTE FROM CHAMPION MARK MILLER...

To all casper racers and fans... I would like to take a Lake Kosciusko. This year, we even traveled to Washington at Mark
Weber's house to race. We had 7 great races and I am happy to be this years champion. We had 31 boats racing this year and I look forward to next season. See you at the races.
